Thành phẩm:

Mình không nhận vẽ: furry, mecha, chibi, BL, guro, real people, old person,...
• Quyền sở hữu sản phẩm thuộc về khách hàng.
• Quyền tác giả thuộc về artist.
• Khách hàng có thể sử dụng cho mọi mục đích cá
nhân như in ấn, làm bookmark, v.v... mà không cần
xin phép trước. Không sử dụng cho hoạt động có
mục đích sinh lợi nhuận như buôn bán, quảng bá
thương mại nếu sản phẩm đó không phải sản phẩm
thương mại (Trường hợp phát hiện sẽ thu hồi sản
phẩm và không refund)
Điều khoản dịch vụ
• Lưu ý: bạn đã đặt commission thì vui lòng đọc kỹ phần này để tránh xảy ra những tranh cãi không đáng có khi làm việc với artist. Mình cảm ơn nhiều ^^
• Khách có thể liên hệ đặt comm qua ib Facebook, X, Pixiv của mình.
• Mình chỉ nhận chuyển khoản.
• Khi đặt slot waitlist khách cần cọc trước 20% để tránh tình trạng khi đến lượt thì khách ghost mất.
• Khách cần đặt cọc 40% trước khi mình lên sketch, khách thuộc wl thì khi đến lượt chỉ cần cọc thêm 20%. Trong vòng 24 giờ sau khi đã đặt cọc 40% nếu khách đổi ý không muốn đặt nữa thì mình sẽ refund lại toàn bộ tiền cọc. Nếu quá hạn 24 giờ thì xem như comm đã được đặt và sẽ không refund tiền cọc. Nên suy nghĩ thật kỹ trước khi đặt comm để tránh những sự việc không mong muốn xảy ra.
• Sau khi duyệt sketch khách cần thanh toán số tiền 60% còn lại. Nếu trong vòng 3 ngày khách chưa thanh toán thì comm sẽ bị huỷ. Nếu khách có lý do chính đáng muốn hoàn tiền thì hãy xem phần "hủy commission" ở phía dưới.
• Mình sẽ không nhận comm quá sức đối với mình.
• Mình chỉ vẽ theo phong cách nét của mình, mình không nhận vẽ theo nét và phong cách của artist khác, xin lưu ý điều này.
• Hủy commission:
Từ phía khách hàng:
Sau khi đã trả full tiền, khách muốn hủy comm đột ngột với lý do chính đáng:
+ Giai đoạn 50% (sketch): hoàn 60% số tiền
+ Giai đoạn 60% (base màu): hoàn 40% số tiền
+ Giai đoạn 80% (render): hoàn 20% số tiền
+ Tác phẩm đã hủy khách hàng vẫn có thể lưu giữ, chỉ bao gồm quyền sở hữu của khách hàng, không có
sự can thiệp từ phía đối tác thứ 3.
Từ phía artist:
+ Phát sinh vấn đề đạo đức, nghề nghiệp hoàn 100% giao dịch
+ Phát sinh vấn đề cá nhân không thể hoàn thành tiếp theo thời hạn hoàn 100% giao dịch
+ Không hoàn tiền khi rơi vào trường hợp thay đổi phong cách của artist
• Brief commission (tài liệu soạn thảo từ khách hàng)
Khách hàng hãy soạn sao cho chi tiết:
Pose: mình chỉ tham khảo 50-60% so với pose gốc nếu pose được lấy từ tranh vẽ của artist khác, còn ảnh
chụp thông thường: đời thường có thể tham khảo 100%; ảnh nghệ thuật như cosplay, model thì tham
khảo 30-70% tùy vào ảnh đó là cá nhân hay ảnh thương mại. Size nào khách hàng chọn hãy soạn đúng
size đó, không soạn theo kiểu đặt size bust-up nhưng gửi pose tham khảo Thigh-Up hay fullbody. Note
thật kỹ tránh trường hợp mình hiểu nhầm.
Màu sắc: miêu tả bằng “hình ảnh” hoặc “lời văn”. Mình không đảm bảo sẽ đi đúng 100% màu sắc của char gốc, tùy thuộc vào gam màu, nhiệt độ, ảnh hưởng của môi trường, kết hợp với phong cách vẽ của mình và mục đích nội dung của tổng thể tranh.
Background: tùy vào size tranh hãy soạn để phù hợp, ví dụ: không soạn background khi đặt size bust-up nhưng lại áp đặt background của fullbody vào ý tưởng tranh.
Ý tưởng: miêu tả bằng “hình ảnh” hoặc “lời văn”. Với miêu tả bằng “lời văn” mình không đảm bảo sẽ đi
đúng sát 100% với ý tưởng của khách hàng, nên hãy cân nhắc vì sự tưởng tượng của hai bên khó có thể trùng nhau 100%.
• Sửa tranh: free tối đa 3 lần/sửa, chỉ sửa lúc giai đoạn sketch và giai đoạn lên base màu, không chỉnh ý tưởng khi đã chốt thông qua thảo luận trước khi vào giai đoạn sketch. Sau 3 lần tính phí 3%/lần sửa. Trường hợp mình đi sai details bản des nhân vật thì không tính phí vô điều kiện. Trong quá trình hoàn thiện tranh, nếu khách hàng có ý định thêm mới một số chi tiết vào tranh, chưa có trong bản idea trước thảo luận thì tính 20%/lượt thêm. Bạn nên gộp luôn 1 lần những chi tiết cần sửa trong 1 giai đoạn đó (vd như giai đoạn sketch) rồi mới feedback cho mình, tránh feedback lắc nhắc từng chút một sẽ làm rối loạn cho artist, làm artist không thoải mái thì sẽ dẫn đến sản phẩm tệ đi.
Commission có thể mất từ 1 đến 2 tháng để hoàn thành (tính từ ngày đặt cọc comm). Nếu deadline bạn đặt ra dưới 1 tháng thì mình xin phép từ chối nhận comm.
• Quá trình vẽ tranh và update cho khách hàng
1. Sketch: phác thảo sketch gửi cho khách hàng, sau khi duyệt, mình sẽ lên base màu. LƯU Ý: đối với các char có nhiều phụ kiện đi kèm như hoa văn chi tiết, vân hoa, hay các đồ trang sức, nhiều chi tiết mình sẽ không sketch rõ, mà sẽ painting ở giai đoạn render để xây dần lên các chi tiết như vậy.
2. Base màu: base màu gốc trước đảm bảo đúng với char gốc, gửi khách hàng. Sau khi duyệt,
base gam màu dựa trên style của mình và ảnh hưởng của môi trường tùy vào bản idea (ví dụ: idea là nhân vật đang ở ngoài trời, khi đó nhân vật sẽ ảnh hưởng bởi màu vàng của nắng và màu xanh của bầu trời nên màu sắc của nhân vật sẽ không còn như màu gốc.)
3. Render: giai đoạn đi sâu vào khối sáng và tối, và nhấn nhá dần vào vibe nhân vật, kèm painting phụ kiện, details nhiều của char (có thể chỉnh sửa nếu artist đi sai details đó), gửi cho khách hàng
4. Full: bản full render, bao gồm file PNG.

Important Notes
•I do not draw: furry, mecha, chibi, BL (Boy's Love), guro, real people, elderly characters, etc.
• Product Ownership: Belongs to the client.
• Copyright: Belongs to the artist.
• Clients may use the product for personal purposes (e.g., printing, bookmarks) without prior permission. However, it may not be used for profit-generating activities like selling or commercial promotion if it was not commissioned as a commercial product. Discovery of such unauthorized use will result in product revocation and no refund.
Terms of Service
• Notes: Please read this section carefully before commissioning me to avoid any misunderstandings. Thank you! ^^
• You can contact me to commission via my Facebook, X, or Pixiv inboxes.
• Accept Paypal.
•Waitlist Deposit: A 20% deposit is required when booking a waitlist slot to prevent "ghosting" when your turn arrives.
• Initial Deposit: A 40% deposit is required before I start the sketch. If you are on the waitlist, you will only need to pay an additional 20% when your turn comes. If you change your mind within 24 hours of paying the 40% deposit, I will refund the full amount. After 24 hours, the commission is considered confirmed, and the deposit will not be refunded. Please think carefully before commissioning to avoid unwanted situations.
• Final Payment: After approving the sketch, you must pay the remaining 60%. If payment is not received within 3 days, the commission will be canceled. For valid reasons for a refund, please refer to the "Commission Cancellation" section below.
• I will not accept commissions that are beyond my capacity.
• I only draw in my own art style. I do not imitate the style or lines of other artists, please be aware of this.
• Commission Cancellation:
By the Client:
If the client wishes to suddenly cancel a commission after full payment has been made, for a valid reason:
+ 50% Stage (Sketch): 60% of the total amount will be refunded.
+ 60% Stage (Base Colors): 40% of the total amount will be refunded.
+ 80% Stage (Rendering): 20% of the total amount will be refunded.
+The client may still keep the canceled artwork, retaining only client ownership, with no interference from third parties.
By the Artist:
+ Ethical/Professional Issues: 100% of the transaction will be refunded.
+ Personal Issues Preventing Completion by Deadline: 100% of the transaction will be refunded.
+No refund will be given if the reason for cancellation is a request to change the artist's style.
• Commission Brief (Client's Document)
Please provide a detailed brief:
Pose: If the pose is taken from another artist's drawing, I will only reference 50-60% of the original pose.
For regular photos: everyday life photos can be referenced 100%.
For artistic photos like cosplay or models, I will reference 30-70% depending on whether it's a personal or commercial photo.
Please specify the correct size you want. Do not order a bust-up size but provide a thigh-up or full-body pose reference. Be very precise to avoid misunderstandings.
Colors: Describe using "images" or "text." I cannot guarantee 100% accuracy to the original character's colors, as it depends on the color palette, temperature, environmental influence, my art style, and the overall purpose of the artwork.
Background: Please design it to fit the canvas size. For example, do not specify a background when ordering a bust-up size, but impose a full-body background idea onto the artwork.
Concept: Describe using "images" or "text." If described by "text," I cannot guarantee 100% adherence to the client's concept, so please consider this as the imagination of two parties may not perfectly align.
• Revisions: A maximum of 3 free revisions are included. Revisions are only allowed during the sketch phase and base color phase. No concept changes can be made once the idea has been finalized through discussion before the sketch phase.
After 3 revisions, a 3% fee per revision will be charged.
If I make an error in the character's design details, there will be no revision fee.
During the artwork's completion, if the client wishes to add new details not previously discussed in the initial idea brief, a 20% fee per addition will apply.
Please consolidate all necessary revisions for a specific stage (e.g., the sketch phase) and then provide feedback to me. Giving fragmented feedback little by little can confuse the artist and make them uncomfortable, potentially leading to a lower-quality product.
Commissions can take 1 to 2 months to complete (starting from the deposit date). If your requested deadline is under 1 month, I will have to decline the commission.
• Artwork Process and Client Updates
1. Sketch: I will send the sketch to the client. Once approved, I will proceed to base colors. NOTE: For characters with many accessories (e.g., intricate patterns, floral designs, jewelry), I will not sketch them in detail but will paint them during the rendering stage.
2. Base Colors: I will first apply the original base colors to ensure accuracy to the original character and send it to the client. Once approved, I will apply the base color palette based on my style and environmental influences (e.g., if the concept is an outdoor scene, the character will be influenced by the yellow of the sun and the blue of the sky, so the character's colors will no longer be the same as the original).
3. Render: This stage involves delving into light and shadow, emphasizing the character's vibe, and painting accessories and detailed character elements (I can make adjustments if I mistakenly render incorrect details). I will send this to the client.
4. Full: The final rendered artwork, including the PNG file.
